Expedited and express shipping options are available at checkout for most destinations. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, the weight and dimensions of your order, and your chosen shipping method. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — check your country store for current offers.
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import duty thresholds before ordering.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery on the courier's website. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, unmodified, and in original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or that have been modified cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for returning the item.
Please do not return items without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
If the return is due to a fault or error on our part (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to credit the refund to your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. For returns due to defective or incorrectly sent items, a full refund including original shipping costs will be provided.
If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the fault, and photographs where possible. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Products found to be defective within the manufacturer's warranty period (typically 12 months) will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the warranty terms and your statutory consumer rights.
